After the passing of our Stubby in early October of 2011 our house, and our hearts, were empty. In November we visited the Orange County Animal Services. One of the first little Angels we saw was this little baby that was light brown in color, had an almost complete black face and had 3 normal 'socks' and 1 that went over halfway up his leg. He is a Boxer/Emglish Mastiff mix and weighs about 100 lbs. When the worker left him in the room with us to 'visit' with him he instantly took to his new 'Mommy' and the rest they say, is history. When thinking of a name for him the all black face PLUS the one 'sock' that was different from all the others (Vader from Star Wars had 1 arm that was replaced by a mechanical hand when he lost it in battle). And Vader, the GREAT googie hunter, was born.  :)
